1. Applicable within valid guarantee period:
1) The guarantee period of electrical products is 12 months since the date of purchasing (taking the date on the valid certificate issued by the distributor as the starting day);

2) The products occur performance breakdown caused by non-artificial reason within seven days from the date of sale can be returned, changed or repaired, but the products and the packaging must be in good condition;
3) Within the guarantee period, products with quality issues can be replaced if their appearances are not damaged;

The products belong to one of the following situations cannot be returned or replaced for free. Please forgive us for the inconvenience brought to you.
◆ The damages caused by customers’ improper use, maintenance or preservation;
 ◆ The damages caused by disassembling without permission or being repaired by the service network station outside of our company;
◆ The products without valid proof-of-purchase;
◆ The model within guarantee period is different from product one or obliterated;
◆ The damages caused by force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake and lightning stroke, etc.);
◆ The products within guarantee period but has obvious large area of smudginess or fragmentary;
◆ We promise to provide after-sales service paid for the circumstances above.

Applicable to wall switches

1. Warranty coverage:

1) Switches, sockets, the combination of switch and socket and information products are under guaranteed for 12 years according to the date sprayed on the products;
2) Electrical products are guaranteed for 1 year since the date on the products;
3) The products with quality issues can be returned to our company for one-to-one replacement within guarantee period; the products disqualified by artificial reasons are not allowed to change.

2. Not under Warranty:
The products belong to one of the following situations cannot be returned or replaced for free. Please forgive us for the inconvenience brought to you.
1) Exceeding the guarantee period stipulated by our company;
2) The products cannot work normally for non-quality problems;
3) The damages caused by customers’ improper use, maintenance or preservation;
4) The damages caused by disassembling without permission;
5) The products whose surfaces are seriously smudged (such as oil contamination or dust, etc.) or the circuit board is corroded are not granted for replacement;
6) The damages caused by force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake and lightning stroke, etc.) should be negotiated with us to handle with the scheme accepted by both parties;
7) The products that do not belong to our company, or the ones which use our shells but the inner cores of other brands will be directly scrapped or returned to the customer by our marketing department;

Applicable to illumination products

1. Warranty coverage:

1) The guarantee period of illumination products is 12 months since the date of purchasing (taking the date on the valid certificate issued by the distributor as the starting day);
2) The products occur performance breakdown caused by non-artificial reason within seven days from the date of sale can be returned, changed or repaired, but the products and the packaging must be in good condition;
3) Within the guarantee period, products with quality issues can be replaced if the light bodies are not damaged;
4) The products are found to be damaged after unpacking before using can be replaced.
